AFTERMARKET

DOES LIFTING MY TRUCK/SUV VOID THE FACTORY WARRANTY?
Generally, any vehicle modifications can be discretionary to any manufacturers factory warranty. Note: Any void to warranty would normally pertain to the parts being replaced.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON LIFTS?
Krietz Customs does offer a nationwide service plan that is similar to the manufactures basic warranty including coverage on the lift kit parts

We are located in the heart of downtown Frederick, Maryland at 301 E. 4TH St. Frederick, MD 21701. We are within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops to enhance your experience of building your dream truck.
WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?
We have multiple forms of financing options available.
  • For local customers we offer a 0% financing for the first 12 months of the term.
  • We have additional financing available via our website through our financing partners. Simply add everything you want through our package builder, select financing options at checkout, and follow the prompts. It is that easy!
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?
  • Shipping is included on all wheel + tire packages within the lower 48 states contiguous United States.
  • Shipping to HI, AK, and international will be specific per order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PARTS TO COME IN FOR KRIETZ CUSTOMS FULL BUILDS?
Parts can take 3-7 business days to be processed and received by Krietz Customs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE PARTS I ORDERED?
Once your in-stock parts are processed and prepared for shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery will be within 3 -14 business days of your shipping conformation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ONCE I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE FOR ACCESSORIES TO BE INSTALLED?
Depending upon the complexity of the build, timing can vary. Leveling kit and wheels/tires can take up to 2 days. Full builds may require more labor hours, 3-5 days from drop off to completion.

A full build package includes the following:

WHERE DO I POST MY GALLERY PICTURE?
  • Krietz Customs has a full photography team that will take professional photos of the vehicle and they will ensure the vehicle gets placed in our Krietz Customs gallery page.

WHY WE RECOMMEND A 30 POINT SAFETY INSPECTION?
We provide a complementary 30 point safety inspection on all Krietz Customer builds to ensure the safety of your vehicle specifically the struts and ball joints. We believe in this process whole-heartedly to ensure installation quality and completeness so future issues do not occur.
WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ON FITMENT?
At Krietz Customs we want to provide every customer coming into our showroom and ordering part through our online store with the correct expert knowledge on fitment, size, and trimming questions. To do so, we have a full team of aftermarket specialists ready to assist you. Please call or email in regarding all your questions about fitment, sizes, and trimming.
DO I NEED SPEEDOMETER RECALIBRATION FOR LARGER TIRES?
Generally, when adding larger wheels and tires to a vehicle we recommend a recalibration to guarantee accurate speedometer reading.
DOES KRIETZ CUSTOMS OFFER ANY TYPE OF PROTECTION PROGRAMS FOR MY VEHICLE?
Krietz Customs offers a variety of protection plans and options to keep you at peace of mind and also help maintain your investment.
  • Krietz Customs offers a nationwide vehicle service contract that is comparable to the basic factory warranty that can be extended out for a customizable amount of time.
  • Krietz Customs offers Cilajet which is a paint, wheel, and interior protectant on environmental damage which comes with a 5 year warranty and an ultimate detail of your vehicle.
  • Krietz Customs offers a combination package that offers a nationwide plan to cover your wheels and tires, ding and dent repair, windshield repair and roadside assistance.
  • Lastly, for our local guests, Krietz Auto offers a maintenance program offering oil changes and tire rotation membership at a hugely discounted rate.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 301 E 4th St, Frederick, MD 21701. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Krietz Customs is willing to accept returns under the following policy guidelines:

  • Any returns or cancellations must be done within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Mounted wheel and tire packages can be returned if they were never Driven on or bolted to a vehicle and will require a 25% restocking fee unless prior arrangement has been made with Krietz Customs.
  • You are responsible for test fitting wheels before having them mounted on the tires. Once the tires have been mounted, we are unable to take them back for a fitment issue.
  • For wheel/tire package purchases that have the wheel already mounted on the tire you are required to test fit the package before driving on them.
  • If you have any questions about fitment, please feel free to reach out to us via phone 301-694-4642 or be this form “FORM FILL” before you place your order, and our aftermarket specialist will be happy to assist you.
  • All returns must include all original items/parts as incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • All suspension/accessory items being returned that are not warranty related cannot have been installed or attempted to be installed. If we receive a return that shows signs of installation, we will not be able to accept the return and will not be able to credit back the payment type.
  • If you have any questions or concerns with any issues or returns, please reach out to us immediately so we can work to rectify any problems.
  • Understand that our shipping cost on products is expensive and we will work diligently to solve any issues that were at the mistake of Krietz Customs. All returned items must be approved prior to sending back and receiving a refund/credit. Please fill out this RMA form “Form FILL” for a return authorization for any product. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Once a return request is approved items must be returned within 14 days of authorization with tracking number provided. All refunds will be credited back in which the original payment type was made. Once confirmation of return is processed, please allow 14 days for receipt of refund.
